Mobile Vet - Is your office wherever your patients are?
ClienTrax Mobile Vet ($495) lets you take your office to your patients. Through the use of a mobile computer (laptop), you can bring your client/patient records and pictures with you or enter new ones, enter prescriptions, create invoices and reminders, take payments, and with the ClienTrax Medical Records module, even enter your medical records while you are with your patients.
ClienTrax can be used on your office computer simultaneously, so your staff can continue business as usual. When you get back to your office, reconcile to integrate your mobile work into the office computer.
Export to QuickBooks™
With the ClienTrax Export to QuickBooks™ ($295) you can run a simple procedure at the end of the day to export the daily totals to your QuickBooks™ software.
