ClienTrax Software

ClienTrax is designed knowing not all clients have the same needs. We know that not every practice is the same or offers the same services. We have options for the smaller or just getting started clinic, all the way up to a multi-doctor paperless practice.

ClienTrax comes in 3 standardized versions so you can select the one that best suits your needs today while always having the option to move up to the features you need as you grow. All versions have a full client information management system. They track all important information about your clients and patients, and makes it easy to find. ClienTrax does invoicing, tracks accounts receivable, payments, appointments, reminders, recalls, and inventory. You can print monthly statements, reminders, prescription labels, and over 100 reports.

ClienTrax Basic

Designed to include the minimum essentials for a small “just getting started” or “on a budget” practice. And, when the time is right, upgrades can be purchased at any time to enhance your capabilities.

ClienTrax Standard

Our most popular product. It has all the features of ClienTrax Basic AND adds the most requested features that a growing practice needs to be successful such as paperless Medical Records and Boarding. AND there's always an option to purchase additional upgrades!

ClienTrax Premium

For the demanding practice, ClienTrax Premium has it all.

It includes all the features of ClienTrax Basic and ClienTrax Standard, plus a complete, fully integrated General Ledger Accounting System. No need to transfer data to another program!

ClienTrax Modules

ClienTrax modules are designed so you can add what you need when you need it. If you previously purchased ClienTrax Standard or ClienTrax Premium, and would like to use Mobile Vet or Export to QuickBooks™, these modules can be added at any time.

ClienTrax Supplies

ClienTrax is designed to work with standard supplies to help keep your costs down. We recommend you try to locate the supplier that will offer the best pricing of these supplies to you. But if we find many of our clients have problems locating suppliers, we will try to make certain supplies or supplier information available here.

If you know of a good supplier (quality products at a reasonable price) for items used with ClienTrax (i.e. reminder cards), please let us know and we will add their contact information here to share with others.

ClienTrax System Requirements

To use ClienTrax, you need the following as a minimum:

For IBM PC or PC compatible:

64 MB RAM/128 MB for File Server or for running Windows XP, 2000, or 2003
High Color / 16 bit Display
800 × 600 Resolution or greater
Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, or XP

System 8.6 or later

It is also strongly recommended that your backup system be one that has a different disk or tape for each business day of the week. CD/DVD writers are among the most reliable forms of backup systems available today. You definitely want a backup system that allows the backed up information to be removed from the building in case of fire, theft, etc.

Printers
Laser, Inkjet, and Dymo (CoStar) printers are supported.
